This paper discusses an experimental design approach to optimize injection molding process parameter settings according quality targets. The method used is general factorial design, so that it can investigate the effect of each predictor variable (factor) and its interaction effect. In this study, front barrel temperature, pressure, holding time were selected as control factors. Before testing hypothesis, results experiment are also illustrated summarize what main characteristics phenomena data visualization convey us. Hypothesis linear regression analysis variance (ANOVA) with a significance level (a) 0.05. demonstrated temperature (A), pressure (B), (C), (D) had significant on tensile strength, but only factor net weight.
